Our Beijing Team forms the hub of TGRC’s Renewable Energy practice in Asia Pacific, combining deep regional insight with an international delivery capability. With specialisms spanning Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Bioenergy, Clean Tech and the full project lifecycle, the team partners with developers, investors, OEMs and engineering groups across China and the wider APAC market. Together, they bring a blend of sector expertise, strong local networks and global search experience—enabling TGRC to support clients with high-calibre talent solutions across one of the world’s fastest-growing energy markets.

Qihan joined The Green Recruitment Company in 2012 and played a pivotal role in the establishment of the organization’s inaugural international office in Beijing, China, back in 2013. Currently operating as a wholly foreign-owned entity, the Beijing branch serves Renewable Energy clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Known for her strong network and partnerships with influential organizations in the renewable energy generation, energy management and distribution sector, Qihan is passionate about making a positive impact in the fight against global climate change. Qihan received her master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Surrey.

Vivienne Zhang is based out of our Beijing office and specialises in Renewable Energy roles across China. With several years in the Recruitment Industry, Vivienne has built an unrivalled network of candidates and clients in China and the wider Asia Pacific region. Vivienne attended Brunel University in the United Kingdom and studied MSc in Finance and Economics. Before this, she worked in roles across China in Operations and HR.

Over several years in the recruitment Industry with The Green Recruitment Company, Amy has built an unrivalled network of candidates and clients in China and the wider Asia Pacific region. Amy graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Mandy Hu is an Associate Consultant in TGRC’s Energy Generation team. A recent graduate, Mandy brings strong enthusiasm, curiosity, and a developing understanding of the renewable energy market to her role. She supports the team with candidate sourcing, market mapping, and client delivery across key areas of the energy generation sector, helping to identify high-quality talent for businesses driving the global energy transition.

Silas Poon

Silas Poon is a Recruitment Consultant at TGRC, supporting clients across the green energy and sustainability sectors. Based across Shanghai and Hong Kong, Silas specialises in cross-border hiring, helping international companies expanding into China secure local, bilingual and international talent, while also supporting Chinese organisations hiring foreign professionals for roles in China, overseas branches and regional projects. His sector focus includes CCUS, renewable energy, clean energy, sustainability, energy transition, cleantech, digital energy, environment, waste and water, with functional coverage across project management, R&D, engineering, construction, M&A, investments, business development, supply chain, ESG and manufacturing. Silas Poon brings strong experience in recruitment, market research, business development and client engagement, with a practical, people-focused approach to connecting talent with projects driving the net zero transition.
