Our history

2010

TGRC is founded to be an energy recruitment partner with a difference, we will focus solely on the global energy transition.

2014

TGRC founds its first international office in Beijing.

2018

Award Winners – LinkedIn recognises our company as a top 25 Most Socially Engaged Agency and we also win the 2019 award for Recruitment Company of the Year from APSCo our trade association.

2020

TGRC launches in the US – We launch two new US offices in New York and Orlando.

2021

A Carbon Neutral Company – TGRC becomes a carbon-neutral company, following a carbon reduction focus and investing in renewable energy projects in developing countries to help offset any impact that we can’t remove from our operations.

2022

Green Group Formed, TGRC, along with its sister company Green Executives, have a new parent company, Green Group, helping us contribute more proactively to supporting the energy transition.

2023

Continued Global Expansion – we set up our Singapore and Cape Town offices, joining our operations in Madrid, Düsseldorf, and Amsterdam.

2024

Turnover Records and B-Corp Status – TGRC surpasses annual turnover of $20m USD for the first time and becomes a B-Corp, joining a group of like-minded businesses committed to a fairer, more equitable future for the global economy.
